Sugar 7-month-old-Female. Sugar is a striking little beauty with a serious expression that can make her look a bit menacing—but it’s mostly just her face. In reality, she’s a shy girl who prefers to keep her distance while she figures things out. She’s quiet, observant, and still learning that people can be trusted. Sugar came from a property where many cats were living together after their owner passed away, leaving more cats than could reasonably be cared for. Cats from situations like this sometimes need extra time to adjust to people and indoor life. With patience and a calm home, some blossom into wonderful companions. Barn or working-cat homes may also be considered. Previously spayed and ear-tipped, microchipped, dewormed, FIV/FeLV tested (negative), current on vaccines and flea/tick prevention.
