Shy and Nervous: I can be worried about new people, new surroundings and touch. I prefer to take things at my own pace and will need to live in a calm environment. I am a sweet and sensitive boy who takes a little time to build trust and make friends. I really enjoy the company of my human friends. I will cheer you on while you go be productive... from right here in my cozy bed. The type of home I'm looking for: I would flourish in a calm environment and a low-traffic home and neighborhood. The quieter and calmer the better! I need to go to an adult only home. I can be picky about my canine companions. Slow introductions and having my own space will be important for me to adjust to a home with resident dogs. I would prefer to be the only dog in the home.
