Reggie’s story almost went very differently. She came to us as an owner surrender—completely shut down, terrified, and unsure of the world around her. We were told she was just four months old… but the moment we met her, we knew there was more to her story. Based on her behavior and condition, we believe she’s closer to 6–8 months—and may have been on a path to become a breeder dog. A future she never chose. But that story ends here. With patience, structure, and the help of some well-balanced dogs, Reggie started to come back to life. And it didn’t take long. The fear began to fade. Curiosity replaced it. And piece by piece, her personality started to shine through. Reggie is resilient. She is gentle. And she is going to make an incredible addition to a very lucky family. She’s great with other dogs, good with kids, a gentle soul and a little bit crazy and goofy too. She zooms, crawls into laps, litters the floor with water while drinking, and will make a family very lucky!!
