Blinky is a 2-year-old Long-Haired Chihuahua looking for her furrever home! Blinky knows she’s one of the cutest dogs around, and she’s not shy about making sure you know that she deserves to get whatever she thinks is best! She’s picky around who she spends her time with, but once she decides that she likes you, she wants to live on your lap, enjoying lounging around while watching TV or being carried around while doing errands around the house.
