Ernie is a 1 yr old Shih Tzu that weighs 9lbs. He was found as a very matted & emaciated stray- he's a love bug to humans but very selective with other dogs. Since we don't know his past history he needs to be the only dog and no small children...a physical fenced yard is required so he can't "stray " again.
