About Shania Shania is a beautiful, resilient German Shepherd who is ready to start her next chapter after losing the only home she ever knew. She came to us after her owner passed away, and while that kind of loss is never easy, Shania has shown incredible strength and heart. She is loving, devoted, and forms strong bonds with her people. Shania does have a condition called Pannus, which is common in Shepherds—especially at higher elevations. It can affect vision, but the great news is that her eyesight has improved significantly with simple daily eye drops, and it is very manageable.
