About Bestie
Start your journey together! Apply now. Bestie is an incredibly sweet, happy girl who has brought so much joy to her foster home. From the very beginning, she transitioned seamlessly into her foster’s routine and has been an absolute delight. Bestie’s naturally gentle temperament means she avoids conflict and gets along beautifully with other dogs and even cats. Initially anxious about car rides, she now travels comfortably, showing her adaptable nature. She is fully house trained, exceptionally well-behaved indoors, and does not need to be crated. Bestie sleeps soundly through the night, allowing her foster to enjoy a peaceful rest—even sleeping in without disturbance! Her moderate energy level makes her just as happy lounging inside as she is exploring the outdoors. She loves to chase squirrels and has even climbed a short distance up trees during her playful pursuits! While she enjoys canine companionship and would thrive in a home with another playful dog, Bestie is great at entertaining herself with her favorite foam bone if her dog friends aren’t interested. She adores people, seeking out affection and attention, and wins over everyone she meets. During storms, she will look for comfort and show her trusting, loving side by crawling into your lap. Bestie is a fantastic walker, doing well both on leash and off for short stretches, and she responds beautifully to gentle redirection. While she once tested a four-foot fence, she now feels secure and trusts her caregiver will return. Bestie would be a wonderful addition to any home searching for loyalty, love, and lots of affection. Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today.
