Rosa is a 3-year-old cat who was rescued from the Astoria Houses in Queens. She is a very affectionate, friendly girl who loves cuddles and following her human around the house. She gives the best hugs and even nuzzles your face, too. She loves having a lap to sit on and will ask for pets whenever she’s close. She is moderately active but is very respectful of your sleeping schedule, and she doesn’t jump on counters or seem very interested in plants. Rosa is happiest when sleeping soundly on the floor by her human or chasing laser pointers and rolling in catnip. Rosa does like affection on her own terms though, and an adopter should play close attention to her cues -- because of this Rosa would do best in a home without young children. This cat would prefer to be adopted alone and be the only cat in the home.
