Meet Mario! Mario is a delightful, 9-week-old, village special. He is currently almost 10 pounds, so at this point is seems he will not get too big..maybe medium-sized. His current foster thinks he looks lab-mix at this point, but she just got him yesterday, so she is still learning about him. So far he is going “potty outside” when he is guided outside, but is using a puppy pad inside most of the time when he is inside. He is currently learning to use a doggy door. He loves his toys: stuffies, antler, hard rubber toys, tug-of-war rope. He's learning to get used to new sounds without fear. He has done very limited “puppy biting”, so far, and it's pretty soft. He's such a sweet boy and is building trust in different situations. Adoption fee covers his neuter, microchip and age appropriate vaccinations!
