About Fern
Fern is back with us and ready for her second chance. Previously, she struggled with her energy levels, which proved too much for her first adopter. Rescued from a Haunted Woods venue last Halloween, Fern came to us with significant injuries—three of her four legs had been broken. Thanks to our caring partnership with Medvet Columbus, she received the surgeries needed to reclaim her strength. Now, this resilient girl bounces around joyfully, enjoying every bit of life. Fern thrives on activity, whether she’s chasing snowballs, leaping into leaf piles, or splashing in puddles. She also has a sweet side, often curling up on a recliner, ready for some quality snuggle time. While she loves to play with other dogs and cats, she tends to get a bit rough, but she coexists well with them in her foster home. At around 2 years old and about 40 lbs, she’s a delightful mix, possibly including Boxer and Husky. If you're ready to provide Fern the loving home she deserves, complete an adoption application today!
