Mr. Rookie is a very happy boy. He loves playing with the foster dogs that live with him since being found as a malnourished stray on the streets of Houston, TX. He doesn't have a mean bone in his little body and he loves making people laugh. He is a people and dog's dog and is truly looking for a home of his own.
