Giovanni is a 16-week-old mixed breed puppy who recently weighed approximately 30 pounds (as of about a week ago). He is part of a litter of six rescued puppies and is expected to be a large dog when fully grown. He is a friendly, social puppy who enjoys being around people and other animals. Like most puppies his age, he is playful, curious, and well-adjusted in new environments. He would do well in a variety of homes that are prepared for a large-breed dog and committed to ongoing training. Giovanni is currently in foster care where he has been doing well with other dogs, cats, and children. He is working on crate training, making progress with house training, and beginning leash training. He is up to date on veterinary care, including vaccinations for distemper/parvo, Bordetella, and rabies. He has been microchipped, dewormed, fecal tested negative, is current on preventatives, and has been cleared for adoption by a veterinarian. Giovanni is part of a mixed breed litter believed to include Great Pyrenees or Anatolian Shepherd type dogs, possibly mixed with Cattle Dog, Catahoula Leopard Dog, Labrador, and other breeds.
