Stormi is a young cutie who lived in one home for most of her life prior to coming to the shelter. Her former family reported that she loves swimming and likes to skateboard. Full disclosure though... we tried to test Stormi’s skateboarding prowess here in the shelter and let’s just say that she’s no Tony Hawk... But, if you’re looking for a pup to join you on all of your adventures, Stormi may be the girl for you!! Here’s what some of her volunteer friends had to say: “Stormi is a reserved but very sweet girl who warms up quickly. She’s done well with her kennelmates in the shelter and is easy to handle and pleasant to spend time with. She has an independent personality but appreciates a bit of affection and pets. Very nice girl!” “Stormi was a bit shy but walked well on the leash. We went to a quiet play yard; I sat on the bench in the play yard and she came to me and took treats from my hand and let me pet her. She’s really sweet but scared in the shelter environment.”. Stormi has shared her kennel and has been playful and easygoing when meeting other dogs in playgroup. Staff said that “Once she relaxed, she was very easygoing and engaged in play.
