Meow! Did you know that there are legends about the “M” on a tabby cat’s forehead? One legend says that the “M” represents “Mau”, the Egyptian word for cat. I’m a handsome tabby boy called Kevin – that’s Irish for “handsome,” or “beloved”. No legend there – I am both….well, at least I’m handsome. I guess the “beloved” part remains to be seen. I am lovable. I was found in SE Rochester, and my rescuer said that I am an affectionate guy who likes playing with toys. I was eating Nurto Source while in that home. I did fine around the dog in the home, but they released me because the dog was very afraid of me! When I first got here, I was shy and meowed loudly. After I settled in, however, I became my friendly self and enjoyed being petted. That “M” on my forehead is for “Magnificent” and I’d love to be someone’s beloved Kevin.
