About Jaguar

Jaguar is a 3-month-old black male kitten with a unique little docked tail that only adds to his charm. This sweet boy may be a bit shy at first, but give him a little time and patience, and you'll discover just how loving and affectionate he truly is. Once he trusts you, Jaguar becomes a gentle companion who enjoys being near his people. He has a playful side too-he loves batting at toys, chasing after anything that moves, and exploring his surroundings with curious kitten energy. After playtime, he's more than happy to settle in and enjoy a tasty treat (his absolute favorite part of the day!). Jaguar is fully litter box trained and is currently still getting used to being around dogs, so a slow, patient introduction will help him feel safe and comfortable. He's looking for a calm, understanding home where he can build confidence at his own pace. If you're someone who appreciates a shy kitty who blossoms into a loyal and loving friend, Jaguar might just be your perfect match. Jaguar is currently being fostered in Clark, NJ. Kittens are only adopted in pairs or to homes with other friendly, social pets. They are very social by nature and need to be with other pets for their socialization. Jaguars's adoption fee is $200; to adopt a pair of kittens, the combined adoption fee is $325. To adopt this pet, please visit https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt All of our cats come spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, microchipped, up to date on flea and tick preventative, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. All adults are combo tested; for some litters of kittens who have not been exposed to other cats, only one kitten in the litter may be tested. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services and helps us continue rescuing animals. For more information on the adoption fees and the adoption process, please complete our adoption application here: https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt - an application allows us to get to know your family better so we can assess whether the animal you are interested in is a good match for your home. An application does not obligate you to adopt. Please understand that due to the volume of applications some animals receive, we are unable to contact all applicants. If your application is considered a good fit for the pet you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call as soon as possible. We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week. Please see our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/LouiesLegacy for our weekly adoption album if you are interested in meeting an animal in person. Not all animals attend every adoption event, please check our Facebook page for animal event times and locations before you make a trip to meet a specific animal.
