About Biggie

This gentle giant is Biggie! He was surrendered to the shelter on 3/31 because his family lost their home. The volunteers describe Biggie as super sweet and loving. He is a gentle boy and walks so nicely on leash without pulling. He also sits nicely when asked. Sadly, Biggie is heartworm positive which means he is at risk in the shelter. He could really use a hero!! Biggie is approximately 2.5 years old, and weighs 92 lbs. He is UTD on vaccines, and has been microchipped. He will be neutered upon adoption. Even though Biggie did test positive for heartworms, he can go on to live a long and healthy life with proper treatment and care. Please speak with shelter staff about the option of fostering to adopt while he receives treatment. Biggie is waiting patiently in kennel 825; his ID # is 14053. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER. This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136.
