About Tigger

Application Review Date 04/10/2026 Animal Profile: Meet Tigger! Tigger is a 5 month old, 6lb Spaniel mix puppy who along with his mother Roo joined us from Texas. Per his Texas foster mom, Tigger is a little fluffball, who loves to play and be cuddled and he is quite adorable and a character, who is waiting for their ride to the PNW. Foster Update: Meet Tigger — a tiny pup with a huge heart! Weighing in at under 5 pounds and around 5 months old, Tigger is truly a rare gem: lovely, charming, sweet, and just the right amount of spunky. Tigger has been an incredible addition our family. He’s endlessly happy and adores our resident 85-pound dog, proving that size means nothing when it comes to friendship. He can easily keep up with the big dogs, whether it’s playtime at home or long walks around the neighborhood (and yes—he absolutely loves a stroll on the beach, too!). This little guy is deeply devoted to his people. He thrives on connection, loves being held, and will gaze into your eyes in a way that makes you feel truly seen. Tigger wants nothing more than to be by your side—he’s the kind of dog who chooses you, and you’ll feel incredibly lucky when he does. He sleeps soundly through the night in his crate and is making steady progress with potty training (which can be a challenge for a pup his size). Tigger is eager to please and works hard to learn, especially when he knows it makes his people happy. Like many small dogs, he’s currently working through a bit of car sickness, but he does much better when being held and comforted. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will shower you with love, stick by your side, and bring endless joy into your life, Tigger might just be your perfect match. do to his size, small children are probably not the best fit, but we will consider older children.
