Hi! My name is Wish. I am a sweet girl that enjoys the finer things in life-- car rides, pup cups, and picking flowers. I love to follow my person and sleep in your lap, you will never be lonely with me around! In the morning, I have zoomies and spin to show I am excited you are up. I am a pretty good listener, if you call in the house or yard I will come. I respond well to "no". I love to sniff your shoes, and maybe gently carrying a sock--- if you let me, but I never tear anything up. I would prefer to have a lady for my person, or a home with older children. I do not like cowboys... something about the hat makes me grouchy. I look forward to going on rides with you and snuggling! We do not have a facility at this time. Dogs are in foster homes or boarding - Adoption fee is $480 and helps to cover transport costs, spay/neuter, initial vaccines, rabies, fecal, initial worming, and microchip. -We do not place holds on our dogs. Please do not contact us until you are prepared to adopt. NOTE: We are very good about updating the pet's profiles once adopted. So no need to write us to ask "Is he/she still available?" If the post is up, the dog is still available. About Us: Day of the Dogs is a 501c3 nonprofit. Since 2015 we have been dedicated to helping shelters increase live release. We coordinate 2 - 4 transports per month from TX, OK and AR to NW Indiana/Chicagoland and the Kansas City area. We do direct adoptions ourselves out of Kansas City and NW Indiana areas.
