About Clementine
Clementine arrived at Cane Rosso Rescue with quite the surprise: she wasn’t just in need of help for herself, but for her whole litter of puppies, too. She quietly delivered and raised them with steady devotion, making sure each one found a loving home. Yet here she is, still waiting for her turn—a story that’s all too common for devoted mama dogs. Clementine is a three-year-old Labrador Retriever mix with a short coat and plenty of heart. She’s potty trained, crate trained, and both spayed and current on her vaccinations. Toys are a favorite; she always appreciates a new one. Walks are also high on her list, along with meeting new people—she lights up on those outings. She does well with kids she encounters on walks and warms up quickly to male dogs. Clementine would be happiest either as an only dog or sharing a home with a compatible male. She’s not a fit for households with cats. This gentle, affectionate girl has put in the work of raising her pups. Now she’s ready for her own chapter to begin. Ready to meet your new best friend?
