VIP: Max is a friendly youngster who seems to be quite smart. He loves to play and is very cute! Max is about 13 months of age and went on a group dog walk recently with other dogs at the shelter. He got along great with the other dogs on the walk. Max walks well on the leash and takes direction very well. He is short and stocky and a great boy. Max was adopted and returned after 3 days because he did not like walking down stairs or being in an elevator. Adopted animals are not able to go to their new home until spay and neuter surgery has been done. Adoptions are first come first serve, and no appointment or application is needed.
