Milkyway sounds like the kind of dog who believes every person she meets is simply a new best friend waiting to happen. Staff and volunteers consistently described her as affectionate, cuddly, social, and full of happy loose tail wags. She handled her exam beautifully, walked calmly to her kennel, and reportedly spent time prancing around, giving kisses, and soaking up attention from everyone nearby. Whether she is out on nature walks, lounging around the house, or visiting dog-friendly businesses, Milkyway seems happiest when she is included and close to her people. Milkyway also sounds wonderfully eager to learn and connect. She already knows some cues, responds well when redirected, and has been described as an excellent listener who loves to cuddle. Like many younger dogs, she may still need enrichment and guidance to help channel her energy and curiosity in positive ways, but everything about her notes points toward a dog who genuinely wants to please and be part of a family. Honestly, any dog willing to attempt breaking into a school probably just wanted more friends and snacks.
