Niiji means my friend in Ojibwe and she truly lives up to the term! She does tippy tappy toes when I come home or in from outside. Niiji loves walks and does great on a leash. She also likes playing in the backyard. She is very gentle. She does bark when she hears noises outside such as the trash truck. She likes treats and snuggling with the humans. She tolerates my rambunctious, large 3 year old dog and will let him know when she's had enough. I think she would be fine as the only dog or in a home with another calm, older dog. She's not interested in toys and has good food bowl manners. She is curious about my cat and they said she lived with cats before. If you're looking for a sweet pup who will think you hung the moon, look no further! She knows sit and stay. She is potty trained and has had no accidents inside.
