Rooster is a sweet boy with a whole lot of personality packed into one wiggly body. His happy energy shows up in every little bounce and tail wag, and his playful spirit makes even the simplest moments feel like an adventure. He does well on leash and enjoys getting out to explore the world at his own pace, taking everything in with curiosity and joy. Beneath all those wiggles is a gentle heart that just wants connection and comfort. He’s the kind of companion who brings laughter, warmth, and plenty of joyful movement to a home. Rooster came to us as an owner surrender after being left with a roommate, with the promise that his person would return for him. Sadly, that day never came. With the roommate frequently traveling for work, Rooster was at risk of being left alone for long stretches without proper care, so he was brought to HUA to ensure he’d be safe and supported.
