Satos are Puerto Rican street dogs, and while they are incredibly resilient and loving, the world of being a pet is still very new to her. Lucy is on the shy side and will need a patient, understanding home that will give her the time and space she needs to feel safe. Once she begins to trust, you can see glimpses of the sweet, gentle puppy she is becoming. She is learning everything from scratch and taking it all in one day at a time. She is currently working on crate training, leash walking, and potty training. With consistency and love, she will continue to grow in confidence and blossom into a wonderful companion. Lucy would do best in a home that understands shy puppies and is committed to helping her build confidence at her own pace. Lucy is being fostered in Annapolis, MD.
