About Trevor

They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now! Meet Trevor, an absolutely precious and sweet little boy who will quickly steal your heart. Despite arriving at the rescue with his litter and suffering significant injuries—a few large scars on his back, a fractured femoral head, and a fractured pelvis—Trevor remains an incredibly joyful and playful puppy. His resilience shines, and even with these challenges, he runs and plays with boundless energy, never letting his leg slow him down. Trevor recently visited an orthopedic specialist who determined that, since he is still growing, surgery isn't an option yet. He will likely always have a limp, and might require surgery when he's a year old, but for now, he's thriving just as he is. This 10-week-old pitbull mix continues to greet every day with happiness and a love for life. Trevor is looking for a family that will cherish him for his joyful spirit and courage. All dogs at Big Hearts 4 Paws Rescue, including Trevor, are spayed or neutered, current on vaccines, microchipped, dewormed, and on flea/tick prevention. Dogs older than three months are also on heartworm prevention. Are you ready to welcome a remarkable young pup into your life? Make their next chapter their best one yet.
