She was obviously dumped as she was not microchipped, was extremely matted. After a good grooming Blanche was ready to become a whole new dog. She is so sweet, loves to cuddle and give kisses. She loves yard time and is learning how to walk in a leash. We believe she may have been abused as she drops to the ground and army crawls when she hears loud noises or her foster mom raises her voice. Blanche is about two years old and weighs about 13lbs. She is slowly learning how to play with toys and she loves other dogs. She finds comfort in other confident dogs. She will definitely need to be adopted into a home with another dog.
