About Saoirse
Saoirse is a 10-month-old female German Shepherd with a smaller build, back at Texas Pit Crew after struggling to coexist with smaller animals in her last home—she needs a place without small dogs or cats but does well alongside larger dogs. Saoirse is house trained, crate trained, and has a big bark, but opens up once she feels comfortable. Careful introductions are necessary with both new people and new dogs. She’s in that demanding “teenage” stage, so training and structure are key. Active households work best, especially with older or dog-savvy kids. Following major hip surgery, Saoirse takes daily joint support supplements and will be spayed when she's fully mature. She's incredibly smart, quick to bond, eager to please, but benefits from someone who knows the breed and won't shy from setting firm boundaries. She picks up on training quickly, and her adoption fee covers six private sessions with the trainer she's already working with. Saoirse thrives with experienced German Shepherd owners who can offer structure, leadership, and an outlet for her energy. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
