About Fawn
They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now! Meet Fawn, a wonderful addition waiting for a loving home through Troy Animal Rescue Project. Fawn is a large, adult female Catahoula Leopard Dog/Hound mix. All dogs from this rescue are spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative (when age appropriate), and microchipped. Your pet's health is important—regular deworming and monthly flea, tick, and heartworm preventatives are provided. Prior to adoption, a home visit and vet reference are required to help ensure the best placement for each pet. Adoption is carefully organized: after submitting your application, you can select up to three pets to meet. Steps include vet reference checks and a virtual home visit. The rescue does not do same-day adoptions, but appointments can be set for weekdays or weekends to meet your new friend. Once you've found your match, final vetting ensures your companion is healthy before heading home. If you rent, be sure to provide your lease showing pets are allowed. Past pet owners should give accurate vet references, while newcomers or those who've not owned pets recently should offer a personal reference. The rescue center is located at 34 County Road 2266, Brundidge, AL, and is available by appointment. For questions, you may reach out by phone or email for prompt assistance. Fun fact: Fawn was born on May 15, making her a determined and loyal Taurus—qualities that may shine in a forever companion. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
