Though she loved them dearly, she knew she couldn't financially provide for them all, leading Frankie to our care to find the stable future she deserves. A truly "dear sweet soul," Frankie has blossomed in the shelter. While she's happy to have a full bowl of food and a soft bed, what she treasures most is human connection.
