Meet Liam! Liam is a 1 year old Lab mix weighing in at 36 pounds, and he’s the perfect blend of playful, loving, and loyal. His story began on the streets of Puerto Rico, where he was found as a tiny, starving puppy, all alone. Thankfully, a kind family took him in and gave him the love he so desperately needed. Due to unforeseen hardships, Liam was surrendered this past February. Despite how much his family cared for him, they knew he deserved the chance at a stable, forever home. After spending several weeks in boarding while waiting for his next opportunity, Liam has made his way to our shelter here in Weare, NH, and he’s ready to start his next chapter. Liam is as friendly as can be! He absolutely adores people and greets everyone like an old friend. He also does wonderfully with other dogs and would love a canine companion to play with, though he would be just as happy soaking up all the attention as your one and only. He has a playful spirit, enjoys going for walks, and is always eager to please his humans. While Liam is not a big fan of the crate, he will settle down and relax quietly when needed. With a loving home and a consistent routine, he will continue to blossom into an even more confident and well adjusted, loving companion. Liam has already overcome so much in his young life, and through it all, he has remained a sweet, affectionate, and resilient boy.
