Phoebe is an adorable 8-week-old Jack Russell Terrier/Pittie mix puppy with a playful spirit and a heart full of love. Phoebe is currently being fostered in Mexico and will be able to travel to the U.S. once she finds her forever family. She is being raised around kids, cats, and other dogs, helping her grow into a friendly and well-socialized pup. She has beautiful all-white fur with two adorable brown spots around her eyes, giving her a very unique and charming look that makes her extra special.
