Meet Betty! Betty is a 2-year-old, 65-pound large, social lady who is ready to find her new home. She came to us after being left by her owner with someone who was not able to keep her and has been patiently waiting since 3/9/2026. Betty is a strong, confident dog with a vibrant personality and lots of love to share—she’s not one to lounge all day and thrives in an active household. Betty would do best in a home with older children, and we ask that any young kids in the household meet her prior to adoption to ensure a smooth fit. She prefers to be the center of attention, so she would do best in a home with no other dogs. With patience and a slow introduction, she may be able to live with cats. Betty is exuberant, affectionate, and ready to be a devoted “one and only” companion. Betty is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives. She’s looking for a home that enjoys long walks, hikes, training, and playtime, and that will match her energy and enthusiasm.
