Spice is an 11-month-old pit mix with a gentle, sweet personality and a heart ready to give love. She came to our shelter after her family could no longer care for her, and since arriving, she has adjusted beautifully, showing herself to be friendly, well-mannered, and affectionate. Spice has done wonderfully with other animals and has greeted every person she’s met with curiosity and warmth. She even came in with another dog, so we know she’s comfortable sharing her home with canine companions. While she doesn’t appear to be super high energy right now, she’s still young, and her playful side may grow as she gains confidence in a forever home. This sweet girl is looking for a family ready to give her love, patience, and guidance as she settles in. Spice is ready to leave shelter life behind and find a forever home where she can thrive, play, and snuggle with the people she adores.
