Waffles is a nervous but very sweet cat who is learning to feel safe. When he first arrived, he was scared and kept to himself, but he has quickly started to come out of his shell. He loves gentle head pets and will lean in for attention, sometimes giving headbutts and purring. He's also very talkative and will meow back when you speak to him. When he's happy, he makes air biscuits and slow blinks. Overall, Waffles is a shy but affectionate cat who just needs a little time and understanding to fully shine.
