About Carl
It really is Carl’s world—we’re all just spending time in it. At 14, Carl has mastered the art of relaxing, always happy to nap the day away and savor every meal in his own time. He’s independent and seems unfazed by the dogs in his foster home, setting boundaries only when it comes to his food (can you blame him?). Carl hasn’t met any cats yet, but with his laid-back personality, chances are he’d pay little attention to them. He’s mostly house trained and reliably uses puppy pads when needed, whether in his crate or around the house. Carl prefers not to be picked up, but he’ll happily accept gentle pets or a belly rub when the mood strikes—always on his terms. He’s not needy, just quietly endearing and content with a peaceful routine. If you appreciate a companion who’s easygoing, independent, and happiest settling into a cozy spot for a good rest, Carl’s the right fit. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
