Unfortunately sweet Sage is back with us. After being adopted, she became spooked in her new home and got into an altercation with the resident cat. Because of this, we believe Sage would do best as the only cat in the home, where she can feel comfortable. Sage’s story began with uncertainty—she was abandoned and brought to PAWS for Life Pueblo as a stray. It’s no surprise that she can be shy and a little nervous at first, but once she feels comfortable, her sweet, gentle personality truly shines. She’s looking for a calm, patient home that will allow her to settle in at her own pace. With a little time and understanding, Sage will reward you with quiet affection and loyal companionship.
