Meet tiny Victor! At 4 pounds and 4 years old Victor is a funny little bundle of energy. He was neglected for a good bit of time, but we have nursed him back to perfect health and he'll be ready for a new hairstyle real soon. Victor loves to play with other dogs - big or small - as long he can be the boss. The funny thing is, they all listen to him! He has a big presence. Victor also loves his people and will snuggle up after a bit of playtime. He is an excellent walker and will go for a whole mile before he asks for a pickup.
