About Lloyd
Click apply to start the adoption process. Meet Lloyd, a wonderfully quirky and charming senior dog who will keep you smiling with his unique antics and endearing mannerisms. This gentle boy is an A+ cuddler and loves to relax with his loved ones, showing off his sweet and kind nature. Lloyd gets excited when meeting new dog friends, which can sometimes be a bit overwhelming for them, so proper introductions are essential. A meet and greet at the Humane Society prior to adoption is strongly recommended if you have other dogs. Lloyd behaves admirably and has mastered both sitting and staying, making him a delight to have in the home. He walks well, though he can pull a bit when he’s happy, especially in a harness, but settles down quickly. Lloyd is currently available as a Foster to Adopt due to his ongoing heartworm treatment. To qualify, you’ll need to live within an hour of the shelter and be able to bring him in for his appointments. Fun fact: with a birthday of January 21, Lloyd is an Aquarius—Aquarians are known for their fun-loving and independent nature! Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today.
