It is hard to believe Maybelline was a stray, as she is such a sweet and well-behaved kitty who wants attention. She loves to be held and will purr loudly, give you lots of kisses on your face, and makes biscuits on your face for as long as she is held in your arms. When people are around, she will keep rubbing all over you; on your lap, on your right side, on your left side and everywhere until she finally settles down on your lap. She is very energetic and playful, and loves to chase the laser pointer and wand toy, and carries around a mouse toy in her mouth. She will be a bit cautious and will hide in a new environment, but if you talk to her softly and pet her gently, she’ll come out quickly with a loud purr. She is still sensitive to sudden movement and loud sound so would prefer a home with no young kids. With her desire for attention and soft fur, she will be a great companion cat. Maybelline needs to adopted into a home with a resident kitty to be her friend
