Meet Britta 🐾 Britta is a gentle, 1.5-year-old Staffy mix weighing about 30 lbs, and she’s in need of a patient, loving foster or foster to adopt home. She arrived at the shelter on January 31st with her four puppies, who have all since gone off to foster homes...now it’s Britta’s turn to find her safe place to land. Britta is very shy and timid with people, but she absolutely loves other dogs. In fact, she’s a star player in our shelter playgroups and really blossoms when she’s around her canine friends. She walks well on leash with her shelter friends. Because of this, Britta would do best in a foster home with another friendly, playful and confident dog to help show her the ropes and build her confidence. She just needs a patient person willing to give her the time and space she needs to feel safe. A fenced yard will be needed.
