Meet Baxter! Baxter came from a very sad situation. His owners surrendered him to the Baldwin Park Shelter at 14 years old, extremely overweight with extremely long nails. He was then scheduled to be euthanized there, it's just so sad. Baxter was saved with an amazing foster where he totally decompressed, had his nails trimmed, learned how to cuddle AND - even started going on walks! He's getting a total new lease on life - we love you Baxter!!!
