Location: Lakeville, MN Gabby is a fun-sized girl that was found as a stray on her own. She can be cautious in new situations but is quite friendly to both humans and other dogs. Gabby is getting more comfortable and trusting each day in rescue. She loves to play with toys and has bursts of energy when it's play time. Gabby does like to play using her mouth (mouthing, not biting), which is something being worked on in the foster home. She learned how to use a dog door quickly by watching an older dog. She is doing well with housetraining. Gabby likes to express her feelings vocally and would do best in a home without shared walls. She makes all sorts of interesting noises, including a little purr/moan when she's happy. She LOVES the outdoors and recently discovered squirrels. She really enjoys car rides, taking in all the new sights and sounds. Gabby will flourish in a patient home where a family can commit time to gain her trust, continue socialization, and support positive and structured training. --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration). Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.
