That simply means my immune system is a bit weaker than other cats', so I'll need to live indoors and have regular vet care. Many FIV+ cats live long, happy lives with proper support. I also have chronic kidney disease, so I'll need monitoring and a supportive diet to help me feel my best. In addition, I have a facial wound that exposes some of my teeth. It's stable right now but could cause dental issues as I get older and may need attention in the future. Through it all, I remain a gentle, affectionate soul who just wants a calm home and someone to shower with love.
