About Thelma
They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply? Thelma was brought to the shelter when her devoted owner, sadly, had to move into a nursing home and couldn't keep her anymore. About 6 years old, Thelma is feeling quite lost and overwhelmed by the shelter environment, struggling to come out of her shell and show her sweet personality. She is in need of a calm and peaceful home where she can relax, find her confidence, and bond at her own pace with her new family. Thelma spent her earlier years as the only pet, so she may thrive best as the only animal in the house, but would likely be comfortable with gentle children or quiet animals who respect her need for space. With her beautiful short black coat and gentle spirit, Thelma is simply searching for a patient family who will give her the time and love she needs to feel safe again. Fun fact: Thelma is a Pisces—Pisces kitties are known for their loving, intuitive personalities! Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
