Rosa is a compact sweetheart with a soft spirit and an even softer snuggle game. She walks politely on leash, is fully potty trained, and loves nothing more than curling up with her people after a nice stroll. Once outside the shelter, she blossoms into a friendly, affectionate companion who enjoys gentle play, head scratches, and cozy downtime. She can be unsure around other dogs and would do best with proper and slow introductions. She loves being around people with all the sweetness, wiggly greetings, gentle treat-taking, and plenty of cuddles. In foster and on outings, she rode beautifully in the car, settled easily at restaurants, and showed off her medium-energy "walk then snuggle" style. Rosa is a loving, well-mannered girl who just wants a calm home where she can feel safe, adored, and finally exhale. She’s truly a little love ball waiting for her person.
