Meet Leo! He is a young boy who is ready to find his next home! He is known to be quite the cuddle bug, where he will climb right into your lap or give a quick drive by and rub his body against you. He is not a picky eater and will eat anything you throw his way! He may take some time to warm up to you at first, but once he is comfortable he loves being around his people. He loves keeping himself occupied by wand toys, or a paper bag will do the trick! If Leo sounds like the cat you have been waiting for, come visit him! Ready to Adopt? You have two options: #1- VISIT IN PERSON Come during our open adoption hours: Tuesday - Saturday,12:30 - 3:00pm. You'll be able to meet available cats in the shelter. (Cats in foster care are not available for in-person visits.) #2- ADOPT REMOTELY OR PLACE A 24-HOUR HOLD** If you're ready to adopt without meeting the cat first, or you'd like to place a non-refundable $25 hold to reserve a cat for 24 hours, just call or email us: (413) 781-4000 x 1 springfield@dakinhumane.org.
