Hi, I'm Joy! I was rescued from a cat colony and given the chance to find a real home indoors, and I've been making the most of it. People used to feel pretty intimidating to me, but I've come a long way and now enjoy being pet. I still have some socializing to do, so I'm hoping for a patient adopter who will keep working with me. Since I've never lived in a home before, I'll need to start out in a small room where I can't hide until I find my footing. I'm not a fan of being picked up, and small children would be a bit too much for me. Other cats, though? I love them - a feline friend would really help me thrive. Dogs are still an unknown.
