Spirit (6 years old; special needs; bonded with Franklin) Spirit is a morbidly obese black cat with green eyes. He is a sweet and affectionate cat but a bit shy about being petted and touched. Right now he is a nervous about being in the shelter, but he is doing well because of his resilient personality and his closest, bonded (and equally large) friend Franklin. The two of them came into the shelter together and have remained glued to each other’s sides ever since.
