Cupcake and her sister were left to starve when the owner left for long trips. Her care was nonexistent and she roamed the neighborhood begging for food. Rescue got involved and they have both been vetted. They live in a foster home with other pets and children. They are being crate trained. They are still a little shy but coming along well.
