Ernie is a 12-year old Chihuahua with a heart full of charm and a spirit that will make you smile. Hard of seeing but full of confidence, Ernie was found wandering the streets as a stray by some of our beloved former adopters and fosters who did not hesitate to step in and help. They lovingly took him in and began fostering him, and we are so grateful they did. This little gentleman is an absolute delight. Ernie is spunky, social, and gets along beautifully with the other dogs in his foster home, big and small alike. He carries himself with confidence, and his bark is truly unforgettable. It sounds just like a seal and is guaranteed to make you giggle. Ernie is a sweet, gentle older man who is simply looking for a soft place to land, a calm and loving home where he can enjoy his golden years surrounded by comfort and kindness.
